This Chicken Quesadilla Recipe is one of my favorite Mexican or Southwestern appetizers. I make it a bit healthier by using raw natural tortillas with no preservatives and using very little added fat so you guys can easily incorporate this into your homemade weight loss recipes. Its very cheap eats and simple enough that it can be made from scratch in minutes for lunch or a quick dinner.
