Using 7 herbs, this rice porridge is healthy and easy to make. Originally, the herbs used are extremely difficult find outside Japan. So today we’re replicating the dish using herbs easily found in other countries.

1/2 cup uncooked Japanese Rice (washed)
3 cups water
1 sprig watercress
1 bunch arugula
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
2-3 leaves chervil
1 small turnip with or without leaves
1 small radish
